KVD launched Coco Hotel, Cofoco’s first hotel, in 2021—at the height of the pandemic. Despite an exceptionally challenging environment for global hospitality, the launch exceeded expectations, quickly establishing Coco as one of Copenhagen’s most talked-about boutique hotels.

A four-star sustainable hotel centred around a leafy courtyard, Coco brings together Parisian charm and Copenhagen cool. Its 88 individually designed rooms blend vintage and contemporary influences, while Café Coco has become a natural meeting place for guests and locals.

The addition of Restaurant Olise in 2026 has further evolved the hotel’s offering and strengthened its position within Copenhagen’s internationally recognised food scene, generating its own growing roster of critical acclaim and media recognition.

KVD launched El Llorenç de la Mar in the historic center of Palma, Mallorca in 2020 and it was named one of the “Best Hotels in Spain” by Conde Nast Traveler that year, putting them on a path to achieve higher levels of recognition. 

In addition to a stunning location, the hotel is home to Chef Santi Taura’s DINS restaurant. A beloved chef on the island, Santi is now recognized on an international scale for his talents and respect of Majorcan suppliers.  

KVD launched Sanders hotel when it opened in Copenhagen in 2017, introducing the property into an increasingly competitive hospitality market dominated by global hotel groups and internationally established brands. Despite being an independent boutique hotel, Sanders quickly emerged as one of the most celebrated hospitality destinations in Scandinavia and Europe.

Set within one of the country's oldest and best-preserved fishing villages, the resort offers guests the rare opportunity to experience a living piece of Norwegian history. Original fishermen's cabins, a centuries-old trading village and an extraordinary Arctic landscape combine to create a destination where cultural heritage and contemporary hospitality exist in harmony.

KVD was appointed to increase international awareness of Nusfjord and establish it as one of Scandinavia's most compelling travel experiences. 

KVD launched the opening of the hotel in the Spring of 2015.  A first true luxury hotel for the center of Palma, the manor house was given an extraordinary renovation, maintaining, yet elevating the original architecture of the house.  Complete with a stunning rooftop pool and bar, stylish restaurant and garden, the offering for guests was complete with a very high style design.  Using that as a base we embarked upon a plan to communicate how the hotel was establishing a new level of luxe in Palma. 

KVD was appointed one year in advance to launch the reopening of The Betsy in South Beach following a total renovation. The hotel was architecturally unique from its neighbors being the sole Florida Georgian facade in a sea of art decor structures on Ocean Drive.  We embarked on a plan to communicate how the hotel stood apart from its competitors.
